I saw him like a Barbie-Ken doll first but thought how ridiculous it would be: huge back and very manly... XD Sai is much thinner and what would be a better doll than a drawing doll!?? 
I took my own one as reference and but him little Sai clothes on. Sai Style 
I think it fits him perfectly!!
It´s like the stiff body represents his awkward behavior with real people
